• Continuous Enrollment is an automatic re-enrollment process that allows your child to stay enrolled at Arcadia Christian School year after year unless you notify us otherwise. This means your child will remain enrolled until graduation or until you opt out.

    • It provides peace of mind for families—no more annual paperwork or deadlines.

    • It helps the school better plan for teachers, classrooms, resources, and financial stewardship.

    • It aligns with the idea that Arcadia Christian is a long-term partnership in education, not just a year-to-year decision.

    • Families sign a one-time Continuous Enrollment Agreement.

    • Each year, on a designated date, the Enrollment Fee will be automatically charged (or invoiced) to secure your child’s spot for the upcoming school year.

    • If you plan to withdraw, you must notify the school by the opt-out deadline to avoid any fees.

  • Families who do not plan to return must notify the school in writing by February 15.. This allows us to release spots to new students and avoid any re-enrollment fees being charged.

  • Yes, tuition and fees may be adjusted annually. Families will receive a Tuition & Fees Schedule before the opt-out deadline to make informed decisions.

  • Your child’s spot is secured, and the re-enrollment fee will be automatically applied. This fee is non-refundable.

  • No! Once you sign the Continuous Enrollment Agreement, you’re all set unless your information (address, payment details, etc.) changes or you choose to withdraw.

  • We encourage you to communicate with us early. You may schedule a meeting with administration to discuss any concerns before the opt-out deadline.

  • Families seeking tuition assistance will still apply annually. Continuous Enrollment does not affect your ability to apply for or receive financial aid.

  • Submit a written Withdrawal Notice by the opt-out date. If withdrawal occurs after the deadline, families may be responsible for tuition or withdrawal fees as outlined in the Financial Agreement.

  • Yes—Continuous Enrollment applies to all students in Preschool through 8th Grade at Arcadia Christian School.

  • One Continuous Enrollment Agreement covers all currently enrolled children. New siblings enrolling in future years will follow the standard admissions process.

  • Simply update your information in FACTS or contact the school office before the re-enrollment fee date.

  • Tuition payments begin in July and will be paid through your FACTS account according to your payment plan.

  • Yes: All families need to create a one time FACTS account. If you already have an account, you are good! Payment in full is due in June 5 or June 20. Tuition for 2026-2027 begins July 1, 2026.
