Thank you for considering Arcadia Christian School for your child(ren)'s education! Our exceptional faculty are dedicated to providing a high-quality academic program to all students. We encourage you to make the decision regarding your child(ren's school prayerfully and with great care. 1. Come Visit Our Campus
ACS has many different tour experiences, each designed to give you and your student a window into our community.
Private Tour: Elementary and Secondary tours can be scheduled by contacting the Front Desk, Chris Kolb-Nelson,
626.574.8229.
Shadow Visit: A prospective student may wish to shadow one of our students to get a first-hand view of campus life.
Shadowing is available from 8:00am to 11:50pm on Monday through Friday with a 72-hour notice, excluding special-schedule days. Please contact Front Desk, Chris Kolb-Nelson, 626.574.8229.
2. Submit Your Application
Applications are completed online. Create a Student Information System (SIS) profile and submit the student application via our website:

There is a one-time $225 non-refundable application fee
3 . Administrative Interview
Upon receipt and review of the completed application and required supplemental documents, ACS will contact you to schedule an interview. School interviews are conducted with the family and campus administrator.
School of Logic and Rhetoric (6th-12th) interviews are typically conducted as a one-on- one with the applicant and the campus administrator.
4. Decision Letter & Registration
At the time of acceptance, you will be invited to proceed with the enrollment process. This will include:

Registration with FACTS $300 enrollment fee.
ACS Private Satellite Program option myst be paid in full prior to July 15th.
5. Admissions testing
When the school contacts you to schedule an interview, you will be informed if placement testing is required. This is highly dependent upon the entering grade and each student's grades and test scores. Testing helps the teacher and ACS know how we can assist your child.

Option 2
Arcadia Christian School offers a program for Homeschool families that allows them to take classes at ACS as well as particicpating in our extracurricular activities. The following guidelines outline the privileges, resposnsibilities and financial expectations for PSP students
Academic Course enrollment
PSP Students could enroll in up to 3 classes of choice in the academic year.
Students will receive official ACS grades for all coursework taken.
Grades will be issue at the end of each grading period and provided to familes for record keeping and transcript documentation.
TUITION AND FEE SHEDULE
The following tuition and fees apply to all PSP students:
PSP annual tuition
School of Grammar ( 3rd-5th grade) $3000 Per year
(includes attendance 3 days a week for 3 classes)
School of Logic (6th-8th grade ) $3500 per year
( includes 3 core classes)
School of Rhetoric (9th-12th Grade) $4500 Per year
(includes 3 core classes)
Payment plans available
PSP families must pay the annual PSP enrollment fee, determined each school year by ACS Administration.
Tuition covers:

Academic oversight
Administrative support
Eligibility to enrool in up to 3 classes
K-8th courses taken at ACS include course materials. Uniforms Required.
Extra class fee: $400
Lab materials are additional and will be communicated the first week of school. 9th-12th grade are responsible for their own books.
Athletic Fees $175 per sport
All sports participation requires payment of the standard atheltic fee. Athletic fees are due before the first practice.
Uniforms deposit, tournament fees or travel cost may apply depending on the sport.

Record Keeping
As a PSP program we offer record keeping. Families are responsible for grades submission and student progress.
Arcadia Christian will provide the following:

5th-6th outdoor camp $300
5th-8th Sports $175 per sport
MS/ HS Elective $200 per class per semester
9th-12th Sports $175 per sport
Additional High school core class $400 per semester.
